Position Benefits

Job Purpose:
- To define, develop, configure and support computer applications
Duties

IT Support Trainee
Job Purpose:
- Provide support and maintenance for various systems and databases
Duties
- Review system analysis reports and communicate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
- Job queue monitoring as needed
- Assist with update testing, especially as it pertains to the web
- Design, create and maintain complex task groups for task automation and system analysis
- Assist with automated system monitoring to ensure application software / data is functioning correctly
- Understanding of xml / xsl for modification and maintenance purposes
- Understanding of html and plan / group / website relationships for maintenance of web custom text including basic text modifications and html programming to insert tables, file links, etc. and message functions
- Perform weekly maintenance, set default pins when necessary and generate letters
- Perform setup / resets – critical function access changes which includes high potential for error and security failure
- Mailed PIN resets on a daily basis
- Reset domains and users
- Serve as backup for Oracle administration and able to manage operation as needed
- Perform weekend backups and reboots as needed
- Setup new and remove terminated employees from system
- Support multi-line/ multi-office phone system
- Move computers and phones as needed to various locations throughout the office

Marketing Specialist II
Job Purpose:
Prepares marketing brochures, publications, emails and newsletters for distribution to existing and prospective clients
Duties
- Designs materials for publication
- Creates material for distributions
- Creates and posts updates to web site
- Recommends and designs client materials for distribution
- Creates and updates product marketing materials for all business units
- Arrange and manage conferences and training programs
- Creating materials for internal and external training programs
- Managing and conducting webinar programs
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or similar field. 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
Preferred Skills
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Word and Project Manager. Adobe software, including Photoshop, In-Design, Captivate, After Effect. Able to develop deliverable materials from technical information; organize, manage and measure effectiveness of marketing, training and communication efforts.

Job Purpose
- Creates and modifies computer programs by converting project requirements into code
Duties
- Maintain existing code base as well as develop new desktop and web applications.
- Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with supervisor.
- Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
- Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
- Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 2 or 4 year degree in Programming, with knowledge of Java and PHP and a basic understanding of RDBMS
- Highly adaptive fast learner and logical thinker with attention to detail
- Problem Solving, Software Performance Tuning, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, and Software Testing
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and .Net are a plus
