PenServ Plan Services, Inc. began in 1986 with two employees in two different locations, Pennsylvania and Texas. Since then, our footprint has grown to include a South Carolina office and collectively 60 employees between the three locations. From the beginning, the goal of PenServ was to provide technical assistance, prototype plans and technical training programs for investment professionals specializing in the qualified plan market.

Today, more than 1,100 major banks, mutual fund companies, plan administrators and investment advisors rely on PenServ for answers to complex questions and compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. In addition to technical products, PenServ provides extensive technical training each year for retirement plan managers, service representatives and brokers of large banks and mutual fund companies. PenServ also offers recordkeeping and administration services to participants, plan sponsors and investment advisors.
