"On Tuesday, July 24th I emailed and later called your Distribution Center and communicated a couple of times with an account manager. I wanted to tell his boss, which I understand is the owner, what a great job he did in instructing us how to receive a close out check for our shares we have with Penserv. He emailed us a packet of info that we had to read, sign and email back to the Distribution Center. Being 70 years old, we needed simple instructions and a patient person explaining this procedure step by step. He was very helpful and patient with us. He represents Penserv well. I wanted to thank him personally and to share our thanks for the service he gave us to his boss. I hope this is passed on to him and the owner of Penserv. We are now waiting for our check which should come soon as instructed by him."
